Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement d\u2019envergure internationale a r\u00e9uni des repr\u00e9sentants de 170 pays, plus de 100 juridictions et 13 organisations internationales pour \u00e9changer sur les avanc\u00e9es et les d\u00e9fis en mati\u00e8re de transparence et de coop\u00e9ration fiscale.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC) a \u00e9t\u00e9 repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e, du 25 au 29 novembre 2024, \u00e0 ces importantes assises qui luttent contre l\u2019\u00e9vasion fiscale \u00e0 travers le monde. Ce forum de l\u2019Organisation de coop\u00e9ration et de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomiques (OCDE) a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les avanc\u00e9es majeures de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2024 et a notamment fait un point sur les \u00e9valuations en cours portant sur la mise en \u0153uvre effective des normes internationales relatives \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9change automatique d\u2019informations en mati\u00e8re fiscale (EAI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La RDC, qui a r\u00e9cemment int\u00e9gr\u00e9 l\u2019OCDE, marque ce forum par son engagement \u00e0 partager les informations \u00e0 des fins fiscales. Intervenant lors d\u2019un panel sur le renforcement des m\u00e9canismes de partage d\u2019informations sur le domaine fiscal, le DG Barnab\u00e9 Muakadi a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que l\u2019\u00e9change international de renseignements constitue, pour la RDC, une opportunit\u00e9 \u00e0 saisir pour l\u2019\u00e9largissement de son assiette fiscale. Il a aussi indiqu\u00e9 que la RDC s\u2019est engag\u00e9e \u00e0 remplir les \u00ab conditions n\u00e9cessaires \u00bb pour des \u00e9changes de renseignements en mati\u00e8re fiscale. Pour ce faire, le pays a promis de signer des accords internationaux pour la concr\u00e9tisation de ces engagements. Sur le plan interne, Barnab\u00e9 Muakadi s\u2019est aussi engag\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9laborer un cadre juridique pour la mise en \u0153uvre de ces accords.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La DGI voit dans cette organisation une \u00ab opportunit\u00e9 en or \u00bb lui permettant de renforcer la mobilisation des recettes publiques. La pr\u00e9sence de la RDC dans cette organisation europ\u00e9enne peut aussi jouer sur l\u2019investissement, et par ricochet, l\u2019\u00e9largissement de l\u2019assiette fiscale.
