Taxis, motos et v\u00e9hicules particuliers patientent parfois des heures dans l\u2019espoir d\u2019obtenir quelques litres d\u2019essence. Cette situation, inhabituelle par son ampleur, est directement li\u00e9e aux tensions g\u00e9opolitiques au Moyen-Orient, r\u00e9gion cl\u00e9 dans la production et l\u2019exportation de p\u00e9trole.&nbsp;Le lundi 23 mars 2026, le prix d\u2019un&nbsp;litre de carburant (essence), vendu par les interm\u00e9diaires commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9s \u00ab&nbsp;Kadhafi&nbsp;\u00bb,&nbsp;a connu une hausse de 33 %&nbsp;\u00e0 Kinshasa, passant de 3.000&nbsp;\u00e0 4.000&nbsp;francs congolais (CDF).&nbsp;Mais \u00e0 la pompe, le prix habituel est encore appliqu\u00e9&nbsp;: 2440 francs congolais pour l\u2019essence.&nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;Nous avons du mal \u00e0 nous&nbsp;procurer le carburant depuis les stations-services qui vendent d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 compte-goutte&nbsp;\u00bb, d\u00e9plore G\u00e9rard Landu, un automobiliste.&nbsp;Pour lui, le gouvernement congolais doit intervenir pour mettre de l\u2019ordre, car, cela risque d\u2019entra\u00eener une augmentation des prix du transport.&nbsp;\u00ab Les gens ont peut-\u00eatre peur de la guerre qui se passe au Moyen-Orient entre l\u2019Iran, Isra\u00ebl et les Etats-Unis ; c\u2019est pour cette raison qu\u2019ils ne veulent pas faire de rupture de stock pour le fonctionnement de leurs stations \u00bb,&nbsp;explique&nbsp;M.&nbsp;Kombi,&nbsp;interrog\u00e9 par l\u2019ACP.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V\u00e9rification des stocks&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>aupr\u00e8s de&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>SEP Congo &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ministre d\u2019Etat, ministre des Hydrocarbures&nbsp;a visit\u00e9&nbsp;les installations de SEP Congo, situ\u00e9es dans la commune de la Gombe. Elle&nbsp;a voulu se rendre compte de la situation r\u00e9elle sur le terrain, notamment la quantit\u00e9 de stock. Face aux inqui\u00e9tudes grandissantes,&nbsp;Acacia&nbsp;Bandubola&nbsp;a point\u00e9 du doigt l\u2019impact des informations non v\u00e9rifi\u00e9es sur le comportement des consommateurs.&nbsp;Elle constate que&nbsp;ces rumeurs contribuent \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une pression artificielle sur les stations-service, entra\u00eenant des attroupements inhabituels.&nbsp;Elle a insist\u00e9 sur le fait qu\u2019il&nbsp;n\u2019existe aucun probl\u00e8me d\u2019approvisionnement en carburant, ni dans la capitale ni dans les autres provinces, invitant les citoyens \u00e0 ne pas c\u00e9der \u00e0 la panique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Apr\u00e8s les sp\u00e9culations sur la p\u00e9nurie, d<\/strong><strong>es cons\u00e9quences<\/strong><strong>\u2026 &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces sp\u00e9culations autour de la p\u00e9nurie de carburant produisent d\u00e9j\u00e0 des cons\u00e9quences n\u00e9fastes sur la population. Le co\u00fbt du transport a&nbsp;augment\u00e9. Certains&nbsp;travailleurs peinent \u00e0 se rendre sur leur lieu d\u2019activit\u00e9, tandis que certains secteurs, comme la distribution ou la logistique, ralentissent leurs op\u00e9rations.&nbsp;Le prix d\u2019une course Magasin-Kintambo-Gare centrale qui co\u00fbtait informellement 2000 francs, revient \u00e0 2500 francs congolais depuis lundi 23 mars.
